Enrivea ("we," "us," "our") operates a group of digital products including AI Trading Bot, E-Commerce, Transportation, Real Estate, Agriculture, Mineral Mining, Exchange/Wallet, Fintech, and Travel & Lifestyle services (collectively, the "Services"). Account information: name, email address, phone number, password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
Identity verification (KYC): government-issued ID, proof of address — collected only for products legally requiring it (Exchange/Wallet, Fintech, and any betting-related features where applicable).
Financial connection data: for the AI Trading Bot, API keys you provide to connect your exchange account. These are encrypted at rest and scoped to trade-only permissions — we do not have the technical ability to withdraw your funds.
Transaction data: trades executed, orders placed, payments processed through our Fintech and E-Commerce products.

Communications: messages sent through contact forms or support channels.
