Eligibility

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

AI Trading Bot — Specific Terms

You retain full custody of your funds at all times; Enrivea never holds, controls, or has withdrawal access to your exchange account.

Trading involves risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding any strategy before activating it on your account.

Exchange/Wallet and Fintech — Specific Terms

Each of these ventures may have additional product-specific terms presented at the point of transaction (e.g., booking terms, listing terms, shipping terms). Those supplement, not replace, these general Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our Services for illegal activity, fraud, market manipulation, or to circumvent any verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrivea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services, including trading losses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.
